ULTRAObjective
A variety of different ULTRAObjective®
scan heads is available. The size of each system is determined
by the scan range and the application. The standard ULTRAObjective®
system is equipped with a 20 µm x 20 µm actuator and its
length is equal to the focal length of the microscope optics
(= 52 mm).
No matter what the actual application is, the appropriate
ULTRAObjective® scan head is available. The following table
is an overview of the different systems.
